1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and wen63 ("wen63," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino platform accessible at wen63.club. By accessing the wen63 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

4 Account Registration and Verification

To participate in real-money gaming on wen63, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to:

• Provide your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, email address, and mobile number.
• Ensure all registration information is truthful and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

5 Account Security and Credentials

• Activate two-factor authentication, which wen63 strongly recommends for all accounts.

wen63 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. 6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits. wen63 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. You may only fund your account using payment instruments registered in your own legal name. Third-party funding of any kind is strictly prohibited.

wen63 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may impose their own charges — these are outside wen63's control and are your responsibility. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.

6.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in the same name as your wen63 account. You cannot withdraw to a payment method that you have not used to deposit, unless wen63 has verified the account under your identity. Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts; VIP-tier players receive priority processing.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will not be processed until:

• Full KYC verification has been completed to wen63's satisfaction.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds in your balance have been satisfied.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

wen63 may offer bonuses, promotions, free play credits, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and over who are residents of the Philippines.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on wen63 are powered by independently tested and certified software to ensure statistical randomness and fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are disclosed within the game information. Live dealer games use physical equipment — real cards, real dice, real roulette wheels — and are operated under live studio conditions subject to regulatory oversight.

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account.

10 Responsible Gaming

wen63 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all player interactions with the Platform. We take our obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously and have implemented practical tools to support players who may be experiencing difficulty managing their gambling activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered wen63 players from within their account settings:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any content from the Platform without written authorisation.
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on Platform content.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Using the wen63 name, logo, or branding in any context without express written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wen63 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, wen63 accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss arising from events outside wen63's reasonable control, including internet failures, force majeure events, government action, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses arising from your misunderstanding of game rules or bonus terms.
• Technical malfunctions where the affected wager has been voided and the staked amount returned.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wen63's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

13 Account Suspension and Closure

13.1 By wen63. wen63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a legal, compliance, or reputational risk to the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance in the account may be forfeited.

13.2 By the Player. You may request closure of your wen63 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure request, wen63 will process any eligible withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance within standard withdrawal timelines, subject to KYC verification and AML checks. Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts. 14 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

15 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the wen63 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
